One of the few games I play and spend a lot of money on. This "free" game does lead many people to spend enormous amount of time and money playing this game. Nexon is by far the worst company that handled the game "Maple Story" by Wizet. The main issues why I think Nexon is such a horrible company is that the Security and Customer Service are both terrible.
Nexon cares about money, like all companies. Like people, they would do the least amount of work for the most amount of pay. Hackers basically rule the whole game, duplicating items, disconnecting players, crashing the game servers and even hacking Nexon's database that lead to many accounts being compromised. Hackers, hacking publicly without being scared of a ban by the Game Masters. Even hacks that prevent users from reporting these hackers. Nexon even placed a limit of 1 a day. These are just the tip of the iceberg. There are bugs and exploits easily found by even non hacking players.
Nexon hides crashes that occurs with less, ignoring the cry of the minority. Sure this thing is business and possibly a good decision, but this brings Nexon's customer service down. Tickets are used to report problems each player is having and all these tickets takes at least a month to get a reply from.
Nexon often takes the easy-fix that often leads to many players unsatisfied. Rollbacks, deletion of items, redo'ing events and such.Nexon cares about money. If you pay for Nexon Cards and play any of their games, dont expect to be helped by Nexon all the time. If you are unlucky, you will end up being the minority that Nexon wont even spend a second looking at.

AznV.TV
For many years, aznv.tv has provided many fan-subbed Asian content to many users. The service is great, the streaming is solid, the quality is adequate. Main problem I find when using this site are:
1. The forum suggestion. Sure, the priority of paying members are more important than non-paying members, but here is the deal. Suggestions are just suggestions, in order to bring in more good content, the more suggestions the better, especially when there is lack of new content to the website. feed backs from users will always help the website.
2. The lack of fresh content. This is probably due to the first one, or perhaps the admins are uploading less and less by the month.
3. The quality of the content. I have found that many of the reported videos with audio problems have not yet been fixed. I know its free for me, since i am not a paying member of this website but seriously..at least a good portion of the ones with audio problems has been reported for over a year or two and yet they have not been fixed.

CrunchyRoll.com
This website has gained popularity by exploiting Fan-subbed Asian media such as Anime and Dramas. By gaining this popularity, the website turned into a "legal" media provider and pays companies that own the rights to these media through means of "membership" and advertising. This is all well and good for the Anime and Drama industry in Asian countries such as Japan and Korea but the main problem comes after.
I have supported Crunchyroll.com since before it became "legit", I even became a member when it turned "legit", but I have noticed that Crunchyroll, who promised to remove advertising when you turn into a paying member, often logs you out from the website often. This lead to me seeing advertising even though I have paid my membership fees. I relogin the website and a few hours later, it logs me out again. So members, be wary that this site, though it does give you "no advertising" while you are logged in as a member, will often log you out in order to show more of their advertisement to members and non-members alike.
